The practice is led by Principal Registered Migration Agent - Monica Matilda D'Silva, who brings over 22 years of professional experience serving Australians and migrants from diverse backgrounds.

Before establishing Matilda Immigration Advisory, Monica served in the Australian Public Service for more than 20 years, supporting the Australian community through a range of government roles. In recognition of her long-standing commitment and contribution, she was awarded a Certificate of Service for 20 years of Australian Public Service. Following her distinguished government career, Monica chose to establish her own practice to continue assisting clients through Australia’s complex migration processes.

In addition to her migration law qualifications and expertise, Monica holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Tax and Accounting. This unique combination of migration and taxation knowledge enables her to provide well-considered advice, particularly in cases involving business, employment, and long-term residency pathways.
